Barikafé Coffee House at Tanauan, Batangas

BARAKO COFFEE FOR A BARAKO ME.

So after 123456789 years, me and my friends finally found time to meet and hang out. It was supposedly last December since we have our Kris Kringle for Christmas but working girls are we, it has been so hard for us to squeeze in a reunion due to our busy schedule.

The next struggle was deciding where will we meet and dine in Tanauan, Batangas. Since we have no time and some roads are closed due to an event, we settled for a place nearby and we definitely had a good time. Thank you, Barikafé!

All in one. Coffee, music, arts, name it!

THE PLACE:

The interior of the place is very artistic, I must say. Upon entering the coffee shop, some sort of a stage with musical instruments will greet you. When we arrived, there were guys playing some music.

There were a lot of paintings hanged on the wall, including some other art pieces. My friend (who is a regular customer of the place) told me that they are changing the pieces from time to time. Last month, I believe there were photographs.

There are also books for rent so if you're ideal day is like mine, coffee, good book and a relaxing environment, then this is
the perfect place for you.

THE FOOD:

The offer hot drinks, iced coffee drinks, frapuccino, cakes, sandwiches, burgers, pasta and other snacks. If you wanna try something healthy, they also have smoothies.

So I asked the owner to know what's their bestseller and she suggested White Mocha and so I tried it. We also ordered pica pica platter, burger and we couldn't have enough so we had extra orders of potato fries. I enjoyed their food especially my drink. I guess my friends had the same experience as well.

MUST TRY:

Their tuna pasts is a must try according to my friend.

PLUS:

The owner was very accommodating, she was so nice that she even took us a picture. Another interesting with this cafe is that the art does not end the way I imagined, even inside their comfort room, there's still some artsy stuff.
